The Pros - I felt the material was soft, comfortable and the overall color on the threads was mostly good, except for a couple of areas (like when looking at the shirt from an angle - the side of the threads sometimes seemed to show, giving it a gradient effect when looking at an angle). Still, nice colors that seemed to be good quality.
The Cons - The seams appeared stretched, and not even where the arms meet the body of the shirt. The back of one seam appeared to be slightly misaligned and you can see a gap. This made the sweater fit weird on the shoulders, and fold funny on the front. Printful support said this is normal for the sweater. If you look close, you can see this on the images I submitted, but also on other users' images. The sweater rides up on the outside of the shoulders, and folds where it seams up against the front of the sweater.
Delivery - Ordered Dec. 6 - so Christmas rush. Expected fulfillment date was adjusted at least once with no warning. Tracking was not kept up to date by carrier (spent 3 days in my city stating in transit). Package arrived with no branding, and past estimated delivery date. (Only order I have had late from Printful - it did ship from China to be fair, and they stated shipping delays could be possible.)
Overall - I felt the quality is no where near good enough to justify the price tag. I polled 5 people, and everyone said they would not be happy with the quality issues for the price tag. It felt more like something I would expect from SHEIN or Temu for about half the price. I will not be able to add this to my store.

While the design and print looked good. The quality of the bag is just NOT GOOD. The material is sub par and arguably the most important feature of the bag, the ZIPPER, is just designed poorly and doesn't open and close well. There is a flap that covers the zipper, and while it seems it would add to the look of the bag it really just detracts from functionality. If we were to sell this bag (which we will not) the mark up would instantly put it out of rage of what the quality of the bag is. At best this is a low quality backpack you could buy from a convenient store less than Walmart. Meaning Walmart's bags are higher quality and they at least have a return policy that's favorable. Don't let the look of the bag in the pictures fool you. This is not a quality bag that can represent your brand. We would surely get refund requests and returns if we tried to sell this. The price point suggests a higher quality item and the material and functionality completely counters that idea.
Did not need massive, wasteful paper catalog

The tshirts themselves are great. Minus one start because I was displeased, however, to receive a MASSIVE 1-lb paper catalog with my order. This is incredibly non-environmentally-friendly. If I need future products, I will browse online. Nobody is ordering from catalogs anymore, at least not enough people to justify this massive waste of paper. This makes me hesitate to support the company again in the future despite the fact that our t-shirt quality was superb. I’m sure the weight of this enormous catalog added to shipping costs as well, which seems unnecessary regardless of whether the cost was absorbed by me or by the company. Also shocking to receive a catalog of this size considering we only purchased 3 shirts for our rec pickleball team. We’re clearly not a large corporate account. Please rethink this environmentally harmful practice. It’s 2024.

Really cute shirt! And good quality material. I was pleasantly surprised by that actually. I’ve ordered a few different shirts like this before (Amazon) and this quality was MUCH better. I like the fit a lot. I have a pretty long torso and some shirts are a little short for me… even for the oversized ones. This one is well proportionate for being a “oversized” shirt. Long enough, but not too big to where it looks frumpy. It’s really cute and comfortable. \nI washed and wore it before writing my review and it held up well! I hung my shirt to air dry, as I do with all my 100% cotton shirts and it kept its fit and color well. Which is great. \n\nThe seller was really helpful with a question I had and was able to provide me with the answer I needed. Very good timing in her response. And that was much appreciated. \nHighly recommend!
