I've ordered a size 8 and 7 before, return the 8 because the 7 fits. Love it so much and ordered another 7 to keep for the next time but wat is this???? Did not open it on the first day because i trust VS will send me the correct size with the nice quality that ive been buying. The quality of the boot I just got is missing some fur???? BEWARE everyone!! The ankle park is normally fluffy not missing furs and the fur feels weird too! It's not soft andnlooks a bit different. Looks a bit curly. Returning this back hopefully I get a refund. If I dont I will not be shopping uggs from here again. I used my card and points, now imma lose the points I used as well as I knt exchange it to another pair as well. Very disappointed.

Cute slippers but they run extremely small. I had read the description and watched the video saying they should feel snug to start but would conform to your feet after break-in period, but that's not going to make them longer. My toes were jammed up against the front of the slipper and my heel was very snug touching the back. When I 1st pulled them out of the box I had to look at the size on the tag b/c they looked so small. I normally wear an 8.5 and bought a 9 and i would say I needed 1 1/2 sizes larger, though they only run in full sizes. For this price, i want a shoe/slipper that fits properly. Also the shearling trim did not feel soft, though the rest of the slipper seemed to be well made. Sadly sending these back.

This is the typical old school Ugg with the thick genuine sheepskin lining and plush cuff. Purchased in the new colorway, Hickory which is very attractive. Nice detailing. Purchased for a Christmas gift, therefore TBD on the recipients use. Will note - upon comparing this to other pairs- this show seemed a half to full size smaller in the sole. Returned the usual size 10 and purchased an 11--- btw UGG size 11 looks MONSTROUSLY big. Ha ha. But I'm sure the 10's would be too small in this style. We'll see what happens at christmas. Seems UGG changed up their sizing on some items this year. . .4 sizes due to the size inconsistency.

I love this. I ordered size 8 and 7 and stick with size 7 because the fur will flatten up overtime, which it did. 8 fits perfectly for the first time, but i felt it run a little too big. 7 first fit snug then later it loosen up a bit. I do like to wear without socks on my uggs, but somehow socks still works for size 7 too. But if u want to wear thick socks, go up one size. This shoe runs true to size to me. I am a true 7 and I am sticking with size 7 because i only wear thin socks and without socks. If u want to wear thick socks go up one size. hopefully this helps.
