This is the 2nd HSP002 we bought, my wife has terrible allergies so we put one in the living room and one right outside our bedroom where the dogs sleep at night. We run both of them 24/7 in hopes of easing her allergies. The problem with air filters is its kind of hard to tell if it actually helps, yes the filter collects dust and dog hair for certain but I am unsure if it is cleaning the air as much as advertised. In the very early morning the system will give a much higher reading when one would think that having run all night, non traffic in the house, etc.. the air would be purer but shortly after I get up the system reflects better air. That is kind of perplexing. We have 1 other smaller different brand in our bedroom which is even more suspicious as to its effectiveness. My wife "thinks" it helps her so I suppose that is a win there. The system is well built and we have not had any issues with either of them. It runs quietly and has nice visually and audio modes to let you know filter needs changed, cleaned or there is a system error. The real filters are pricey though and seem to last between 4-6 months. All in all it seems like it helps is the best I can say.

The unit is trim and nice looking. It operates at 9 and rarely moves even if we are kicking up dust. We did have it outside the bathroom when we got it steamy from the shower. That is the only time I've seen it go up significantly. I had it on high in the basement for a week where there is a damp odor. Still a nine and the smell did not change. I was very disappointed in the web purchase. I ordered thru the company website. It cost a bit more but was concerned about counterfeit on Amazon. It cost more that way. After I made my purchase, I get an email that says Welcome, I can get 10% off my first order. Well, a lot of good that did me. Time was of the essence or I would have cancelled and reordered. That irritated me.

Love the quality of the machine - it has made a major difference to me during summer allergy season! I purchased it after a friend loaned hers to me while she was a guest in my home. I was so impressed that I purchased one for myself immediately. The associate I spoke to on the phone when ordering could not have been more helpful. I plan to purchase a second machine soon. It is far quieter and more efficient than any former commercial air purifier I have owned in the past.
My only suggestion would be to have your company incorporate a carrying handle(s) to make the machine more convenient to carry
to another section of the house. One of the best purchases I have ever made - and I will never live without one in my bedroom particularly. I am allergic to pollen, dust mites, and mold amongst other things. And I am with family horses, dogs and birds daily. The house smells fresh and clean - and my sinuses are so much happier these days!

I put this unit in the Living room and it cleans the air, takes care of the cooking smells as well. I have it set to automatic and it kicks in to a higher speed when needed. It is really worth the money as it cleans the air. I wondered if it was really doing its job, so I gave a blast of my asthma inhaler near the unit and it detected that something in the air wasn't good and it went to the high speed.
When you think about it, it is just a fan and a filter. The filter is where it happens. It is a well constructed filter, filters the air well, Not a flimsy one, but one that not only takes the smell out but captures all the time what is floating around in the air. I have had 2 other brands and they do work but the filter doesn't do the job of this device.
I recommend it if you have a situation where the air isn't clean, smells in the house for whatever reason, this filter and this device works.
Pricey yes, but consider you will have the unit for a long time , it is built well, easy to maintain, it is a good investment.
