My younger sister uses Lululemon Belt Bags literally every. single. day. EVERYWHERE she goes. Our local community college for her classes? Gotta grab that belt bag. Her boyfriend’s house 1 neighborhood away? Need the belt bag. I don’t think she’d know what to do without that belt bag, which is why I bought this 2L Belt Bag with Metal Hardware. Previously she’s only had the 1L and no Metal Hardware, although she’s mentioned she wanted it (Metal Hardware) before. The only downside I can say is that there aren’t many color options. I would’ve loved black and silver rather than black and gold. Regardless, the metal is such high quality and I know she’ll get tons of use out of this belt bag!! Plus, when the first bag I ordered got lost by the shipping company, I only had to make LITERALLY a five to ten minute phone call with the NICEST representative to get it solved. Zero stress. They sent out a new bag and I received it within less than a few days. I cannot recommend Lululemon enough, especially for their customer service.

This bag is great! Perfect size - fits my IPhone 12 phone in wallet case, car key fob and work keys, gum, lipstick with lots more room. Very classy with the light gold hardware contrasting the deep black luxurious looking fabric. Being a petite 5’2”, I was afraid that the 2L might overwhelm my frame. However, it is fine, and I also do wear it as a crossbody with the bag on my side.

This bag does have a tendency to fall forward instead of lying flat against your body when you’re wearing it with anything inside it. This seems to be due to the way that the strap attaches to the bag body. Possible fault? Also, the buckle appears to hang awkwardly. Being able to re-thread the buckle might make the buckle lie better against your body. Also would be nice to have a zippered pocket inside the bag.

From the moment I bought a pair of the “lifetime warranty” leggings years ago (which I tried to eventually return due to a seem coming undone and I was denied by the rudest individual I have ever encountered at a retail store) to the other 2 times I have tried to get into lululemon products, I have been nothing but disappointed with their customer service and unimpressed with their products. I bought 2 more pairs of leggings only to discover that they gave me the wrong size and AGAIN when I tried to go exchange with my receipt for a smaller size another extremely rude employee informed me that they were out of that style and that lululemon didn’t produce them any more. This bag was my 3rd and final kick at the can. I ordered this bag in what appeared to be a tan colour and when it arrived it was basically army green. I returned it to the store and had to exchange only because it was on sale but that will be the last time I ever try to purchase anything from this brand or its affiliates. Not impressed. Not worth the money.
